My name is Rint. I spent 15 years in the beauty industry—working as a stylist, managing salons, and watching brilliant professionals struggle with the same problem over and over.
I watched talented stylists who could create stunning transformations leave the industry because they couldn't fill their chairs. I saw incredible colorists and cut experts working 60 hours a week just to make ends meet because their calendars were empty half the time.
